Notification of staying in the Kingdom for more than 90 days<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

An alien who has been granted permission to temporarily reside in the Kingdom, if staying in the Kingdom for more than 90 days, that alien has a duty to report his\/her residence to an immigration officer every 90 days. If there is an immigration office in any area, he\/she may report to the officer at that office. This is in accordance with Section 37(5) of the Immigration Act B.E. 2522.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    For business establishments<\/strong><\/p>

    Notification of aliens\u2019 residence, according to the Immigration Act B.E. 2522, Section 38, states that \u201cThe owner, owner of a house or occupant of a house or hotel manager who accepts an alien who has been granted permission to temporarily reside in the Kingdom must notify the officer at the Immigration Office located in the area where the house or hotel is located within twenty-four hours from the time the alien resides. If there is no Immigration Office located in any area, notify the police officer at the police station in that area.\u201d In the case where the house, house or hotel where the alien resides according to paragraph one is located in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area, notify the officer at the Immigration Bureau.
    Notification under paragraphs one and two shall be in accordance with the regulations prescribed by the Director-General: \u201cIn notifying the accommodation of foreigners staying in a residence, which includes hotels licensed under the Hotel Act and guesthouses, mansions, apartments, general establishments or rental houses, the owner of such residence, the owner of the rental house or the operator shall notify in the form of TM. 30.\u201d<\/p>

    The Immigration Bureau has set out the formats and methods of providing services so that service applicants can choose the most appropriate method for the process as follows:<\/strong><\/p>
