What is a pink card?
Answer: Pink card is an identification card for non-Thai nationals issued by the Department of Provincial Administration to non-Thai nationals who have been permitted to stay and reside in the country for more than 6 months. The pink card must always be used in conjunction with a work permit.
What is an E-Work Permit card?
Answer: E-Work Permit is an electronic work permit. It is a new type of work permit issued by a computer system in the form of a plastic card or smart card. It is easy to carry, has a system to prevent forgery, and is easy to verify.
What is MOU foreign labor?
Answer: Foreign workers from Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam who come to work in Thailand under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) can work in Thailand for 2 years and can extend it for another 2 years (total 4 years).
How is a CI passport different from a red PJ passport?
A: Certificate of Identity (CI) is a document certifying personal status. It is a temporary passport that can be used to travel in and out of Thailand and Myanmar. It cannot be used for travel by plane.
Red passport PJ is an important identity document used to show your identity when traveling abroad around the world. It can be used for both tourism and work. It is valid for 5 years.
Can a passport be made in Thailand?
Answer: It depends on the country of origin and the type of passport. Please contact us for more information.
If the visa expires, can I renew it?
A: If it expires or the visa dies, you cannot renew it.
If the work permit expires, can it be renewed?
Answer: If it has expired or is lapsed, it cannot be renewed. It will be considered illegal labor. The worker must return to their country or wait for new registration to open.
If workers are in different districts or provinces and want to change jobs, can they notify the new location immediately?
Answer: Workers must have a notice of departure from the province or area where they previously worked before they can report to their new employer (or contact them for more information).

Answer: If you exceed the deadline, you will be fined 2,000 baht.
If the pink card / E-Work Permit card is lost, what should I do?
Answer: You must bring the police report and your identification documents to apply for a new card/or a replacement card.
Do you also handle social security matters?
Answer: We don't accept that. The business must submit it themselves.
Does the company operate outside of Samut Prakan?

Is Smart SM Foreign Workers Company ISO certified?
